Kim Kardashian has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man that seems to believe he is married to the social media star.
As per court documents obtained by TMZ, Kardashian alleges Jomonie Victor Zigler, 28, first made contact with her in December.
The documents, filed by Kim's attorney Shawn Holley, claim he also made multiple visits to her home, only to be prevented from getting access when security stopped him.

The court papers also allege he posted explicit messages about the Skims founder online and also referred to her as his wife.
The filings added that Zigler has sent items to her home, which included a diamond ring and keys to a hotel room. Yikes.
While all this is creepy and no doubt very scary for the 42-year-old socialite, it also seems that Zigler has a bit of a criminal history that would adds an extra layer of fear for Kardashian.
The documents indicate that he had previously been charged after using a firearm and making threats.

The restraining order will remain in place against Zigler until a hearing can be held in February.
This isn't the first time Kardashian has turned to the courts to keep an intense fan at bay.
Back in 2021, Kardashian was granted a three year restraining order against Charles Peter Zelenoff.

Kardashian was prepping for bed when a man entered, tied her up, gagged her, and held the star at gunpoint while a crew of five armed men burgled her hotel room in the 8th arrondissement in Paris.
Kim’s bouncer happened to be protecting her sisters, Kourtney and Kendall, in a nearby nightclub for just a few hours when the criminals struck.
They held the concierge at gunpoint, who led him to Kim’s suite.
They allegedly stole USD$10 million (AUD$14 million, £8 million) worth of jewelry, and proceeded to escort the concierge back downstairs before making a speedy exit from the scene.
