Justin Baldoni's team's public website contains two documents with over 300 pages worth relating to his and Blake Lively's ongoing legal battle.
In December 2024, Lively filed a lawsuit against It Ends with Us co-star Baldoni accusing him of sexual harassment and trying to destroy her reputation.
Baldoni denied the accusations and filed his own lawsuit against Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds alleging civil extortion, defamation and invasion of privacy.

And yesterday (February 1), Baldoni's team launched a website containing two public documents which have been filed in court.
Amended $400 million complaint
Comprising of 224 pages, the document is an updated version of the lawsuit first filed by Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer, on January 16 against Lively, Reynolds and Lively's publicist.

The lawsuit accuses Lively of 'falsely claiming' Baldoni 'sexually harassed her' and of trying to 'publicly destroy' Baldoni and the Wayfarer Parties.
It continues: "Lively stole Wayfarer’s movie, hijacked Wayfarer’s premiere, destroyed the Wayfarer Parties’ personal and professional reputations and livelihood, and aimed to drive the Wayfarer Parties out of business entirely
"[...] The Wayfarer Parties now have no choice but to fight back armed only with the truth - and the mountain of concrete evidence disproving Lively’s allegations. Heartbreakingly, a film that Baldoni envisioned years ago would honor the survivors of domestic violence by telling their story, with the lofty goal of making a positive impact in the world, has now been overshadowed beyond recognition solely as a result of Lively’s actions and cruelty."

The lawsuit responds to Lively's lawsuit by claiming 'the reality is that it was Lively and her team who carefully planned and implemented a vile smear campaign against Baldoni and Wayfarer to deflect attention and blame for Lively’s disastrous misjudgments' and that Lively, Reynolds and others 'set out on a campaign to tar and feather the Wayfarer Parties in the press'.
The document includes alleged email correspondence between Baldoni and Hoover which dates all the way back to 2019 when conversations first began between the actor/director and writer of It Ends with Us regarding making a movie adaptation of the best-selling novel.
It also includes screenshots of alleged conversations between Baldoni and Lively alongside messages with other members of the production.
A 'timeline of relevant events'
Spanning 168 pages, the document instructs it should be 'read in conjunction' with the amended complaint and provides a 'summarized account of the sequence of key events'.

It includes more screenshots of conversations over email and text between Baldoni and Wayfarer with other people working on the film, alongside news reports and social media posts.
It also includes text messages allegedly sent to Baldoni from Lively and Reynolds too.
Lively's team's response to the website
When Baldoni's legal team revealed plans to launch such a website, Lively's lawyer Michael Gottlieb told the Daily Mail: "The planned website will release what Mr. Freedman self-servingly proclaims will be 'full unedited WhatsApp, text and email exchanges between Lively and Baldoni,' although neither the media nor public will have any way of knowing which communications Mr. Freedman has selectively omitted from disclosure, including communications that Mr. Freedman and his clients may have deleted."

A New York judge, Lewis Linman, has since set a date for their trial, with an initial conference set to take place on Monday (February 3) and first trial proceedings expected to commence on March 9 next year.
