Kim Kardashian has revealed she suffered ‘severe emotional distress’ after a stalker ‘threatened to kill’ her, having described the trauma in court documents.
The 41-year-old filed for a restraining order against a man who sent ‘multiple death threats’ to her, saying she had no idea how he managed to get hold of her address.
Kardashian’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, said the man made ‘numerous violent threats’ against his client, along with ‘numerous sexual comments regarding Kardashian and her partners’.

“He further threatened that he would take actions that would cause Ms. Kardashian and her family to be imprisoned,” Holley said in legal documents, claiming the stalker warned the star that she was on his ‘hit list’ and ‘must die soon’.
One letter said: “Cause of your most recent action, I put you on my HIT LIST. If I ever see you in New York or your boyfriend in Los Angeles I will carry it out that day.”
Referring to Kardashian’s partner Pete Davidson, the man added: “Pete must and will die this weekend and you next weekend.”

The man also sent a bomb threat to her business office earlier this year, according to Kardashian.
Filing for the restraining order in the Los Angeles County Courts, Kardashian requested for the man to maintain a distance from both her and her family, saying she fears for the safety of those close to her.
In her declaration, she wrote: "In multiple letters, he has threatened to kill me. He has made numerous false and delusional claims about me and my intimate relationships. He has also made disturbing sexual references about me in his letters.

"On April 25, 2022, a written bomb threat was made to my business office. I am informed that my private security analysed the written bomb threat and found a number of similarities between the threat and prior letters.”
Kardashian continued: "I have suffered and continue to suffer, severe emotional distress. I fear for my own safety. I also fear for the safety of those close to me, my family, and others at my workplace.”
She added in the declaration: “I am concerned with a restraining order in place, he will continue to escalate his threats and will attempt to physically harm or even kill me."
A Los Angeles judge has ordered for a temporary restraining order to be put in place – which means the man is prevented from contacted Kardashian or Davidson, and from coming with 100 feet of the SKIMS founder or her home – with a hearing regarding a long-term protection order due to take place on 13 June.
