It may come as a bit of a surprise entry for some viewers on the platform, but certainly has glowing recommendations from Netflix subscribers.
Taking to Netflix Bangers Facebook group, one fan said: "If you looking to just chill and watch an emotional movie today, then this is one that I enjoyed.
"If you liked From Scratch, The Notebook, Dead to Me, Firefly Lane etc, then you will like this too."
That certainly sounds like quite the recommendation!

It's called When the Crawdads Sing.
The 2022 movie is based on a novel written by Delia Owens in 2018, and is set in North Carolina.

It follows the story of Kya (Daisy Edgar-Jones), who grows in poverty and is forced to fend for herself, as well as grappling with a love triangle, of course.
I mean, who doesn't love a good old love triangle?
And viewers certainly shared high opinions of the movie, and rushed to the comments to give their thoughts on it.
One wrote: "It's such an emotional film that really draws you into the storyline and main character and has the most fantastic ending!

"The book however is much better but I feel they adapted it to film quite well and got the storyline across."
Another posted: "I watched it on recommendations from various groups and believe me I totally fell in love with this movie, it's a must watch."
A third commented: "Fantastic Movie. I watched in Australia."

While someone else said: "The book was amazing, movie's good too."
The movie is directed by Olivia Newman and stars Daisy Edgar-Jones, Taylor John Smith, and Harris Dickinson.
But despite audiences enjoying the movie, it did not get quite so warm a critical response.
Review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes gave Where the Crawdads Sing a below average 35 percent critic score.
It's certainly not the only film to do well with audiences but not so much with critics.
If you want to give it a watch yourself, Where the Crawdads Sing is available to stream on Netflix now.
