Golfing legend Tiger Woods is facing a lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend over claims he ‘forced’ her to sign an NDA.
Erica Herman, who was in a relationship with Woods for nearly six years, is ready to take him to court over the alleged NDA.
There is actually no official announcement of the couple splitting, however recent reports have suggested that the couple have gone their separate ways.

And the fact that the couple now look set to go court against each other, still being together seems like an unlikely option.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, Herman alleges that Woods made her sign an NDA at the start of their relationship in 2017, which she says is now being wrongfully enforced on her.
She cites the Speak Out Act, which states that the “NDA is not enforceable if agreed to before a dispute involving sexual assault or sexual harassment."

Herman is also alleging that a private trust by Woods is pressuring her to stick to the NDA and keep quiet about it. But she is seemingly having none of that, with the lawsuit indicating that she is hitting back.
According to ESPN, Herman’s complaint reads: "This uncertainty is acute and important. Because of the aggressive use of the Woods NDA against her by the Defendant and the trust under his control, the Plaintiff is unsure whether she may disclose, among other things, facts giving rise to various legal claims she believes she has.
"She is also currently unsure what other information about her own life she may discuss or with whom.
"There is therefore an active dispute between the Plaintiff and the Defendant for which the Plaintiff needs a clarifying declaration from the Court."

If a judge decides to uphold the NDA, Herman's lawyer has asked the judge to make clear how it limits her ability to disclose things like 'her own experiences'.
Clarity was asked about 'experiences of her family members', 'photographs and recordings of herself and her family members', 'information from sources other than the Defendant', as well as 'information responding to statements that the Defendant has made or published about her or others to prove the falsity or misleading nature of those statements'.
It has been reported that Herman wants to share her experiences she had with Woods, though it is unclear if she is planning to make specific accusations about the golf legend.

But in another lawsuit, Herman argues that she is owed around $30m (£25m) and was locked out of a home she shared with Woods.
