It’s not very often we see Adam Sandler’s tender side, however, the comic actor has shared a heartwarming tribute to his wife - on their 20th wedding anniversary.
The Murder Mystery star married Jackie Titone back in 2003, with the pair going on to have two daughters together.
It’s not the first time the 56-year-old has gushed about his wife - having previously revealed a surprising fact about his other half.

While most women would not be comfortable with their spouse appearing in love scenes, Sandler’s wife has actively encouraged him to be more engaged with his fellow actors.
The slightly NSFW admission came when he spoke to W magazine in 2020, with the Happy Gilmore star revealing that Jackie called him out for not kissing properly in movies (yes, really).
“My wife is always saying, ‘Just get in there. Do a good job and be nice’,” he revealed during the interview.

Continuing Sandler joked: “My wife loves the women I work with, so she’s very like, ‘Come on! Make sure you (do) the best you can. Give it up. It looks crazy when you don’t kiss good enough’.”
Despite starring alongside beautiful A-Listers like Drew Barrymore and Jennifer Aniston, it’s clear who is in the comedian’s heart.
In a sweet post on Instagram, Sandler shared a photograph from his wedding day on their 20th anniversary (22 June) along with a heartfelt tribute.

It read: "Happy 20th my sweet Jackie! Your 'I do' was the best gift of my life. My heart has been yours since the first second I saw you and I love and appreciate your devoted soul more and more each day. Us. The kids.
"Lets keep going and going babe. Lots of love to give you. Always."
Sandler has previously spoken about how much he loves his wife on the social media platform.
Back in 2020, the actor posted snaps of him and his spouse across the decades - including one that showed them at the beginning of their relationship.

Seemingly unchanged by time, the couple look virtually identical to their younger selves, with a photo booth pic showing them 20 years later.
“22 years ago today we locked eyes and fell deep,” he wrote in the caption. “Look forward to the next 22, young lady. Love you my forever girl.”
And they say romance is dead, eh?
