They then appeared on Ellen's show, returning numerous times as a firm favourite act. The cousins even went on to get their own segment - Tea Time with Sophia Grace and Rosie - where they interviewed celebrities themselves.
The pair even appeared on the show over a decade later, where they performed the song again in front of a live audience.
Announcing her exciting baby news, Sophia said on YouTube: "I am 21 weeks today [...] I was very shocked when I first found out, I have got used to it now and I am super, super happy about it and I can't wait to share this journey with you guys.”

Sophia explained she had recently had her 20-week scan and "everything was fine".
The mum-to-be explained that at eight weeks pregnant, she had decided to take a SneakPeek gender test - which is a blood test that can indicate the gender of the baby. It works by looking for male chromosomes in the mum's blood, which can indicate if the baby is a boy or girl.
Sophia explained that while she does now know the gender - and clarified this at her 20-week scan - she is not going to be revealing whether she's expecting a little baby boy or girl just yet.
Instead, she'll be doing a separate gender reveal video at another time.

Discussing how she's been feeling so far in her pregnancy, Sophia explained she has struggled with sickness.
"I have about four months left, at the start of the pregnancy I felt very, very sick for a long time," she said.
"It still comes back sometimes now and it literally ruins your whole day, I don't know why they call it morning sickness because it lasted all day for me, all day long. Thankfully it is sort of going away a little bit."
